Privacy Policy (draft for counsel review)

We collect contact details, account data, the health information you choose to share (history forms, X-rays, records), messages, and usage data. We use it to coordinate your care with the clinics you choose, to communicate with you, to improve the service, and as required by law.

Sharing. With the clinic(s) you request quotes from (with your authorization), with your assigned liaison, with service providers (hosting, email, payments, AI providers that process text to assist translation and routing), and as required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Your rights (California CCPA/CPRA). Know, delete, correct, and opt out of sharing. Email care@medical.oneintegration.com.

Health information. Puente is not a HIPAA covered entity; we nevertheless protect your health information with access controls and encryption in transit, and we only share it under your written authorization. Information sent to a provider in Mexico is governed by Mexican law.

Retention. Account data while your account is open and 7 years after for records we are required to keep; you may request deletion sooner where the law allows.
