Puente is Spanish for bridge — the bridge between San Diego and Tijuana, the dental bridge, and the person who bridges the language and the paperwork for you.

We started Puente Health because the math is absurd: a crown costs $1,500 in San Diego and $450 thirty minutes south, done by a dentist trained at the same universities with the same materials — and most people still don’t go, because they don’t know who to trust, they don’t speak Spanish, and they have heard a horror story. Every one of those horror stories has the same cause: nobody was looking out for the patient.

So that is the company. Not a clinic, not an insurer, not a booking website. A liaison service: verified clinics, written quotes before you cross, your records translated and sent ahead, a ride, a Fast Pass home, and someone who checks on you after.

Our promise
