Patient liaison
You own a patient’s whole journey: first call, getting the quote, booking, pickup logistics, being reachable during the trip, and the check-in after. Based in San Diego or Tijuana; phone/WhatsApp heavy; some in-person days at the border and clinics. Former dental or medical office staff do very well here.
Clinic scout
You find and vet clinics: discovery, in-person visits with a checklist (licenses, cédulas, sterilization, equipment, English, pricing), scoring, and negotiating partner terms. Paid per signed clinic plus a share of every patient they treat for 12 months. Based in Tijuana; you know the medical districts and you don’t take kickbacks — ever.
